I’m the Administrative Assistant at Cohesive, and I proudly wear many hats behind the scenes. If you call the office or reach out with a question, chances are I’ll be the first voice you connect with. I love helping around the center and making sure every client feels supported, informed, and cared for from the very beginning.
Outside of my administrative role, I’m currently studying herbalism and have a deep passion for holistic health/ whole-body wellness. I’m especially interested in natural healing practices and plan to continue my journey by becoming a licensed massage therapist in the future
